SASKATOON – The murder trial of a Saskatchewan man is set to start Monday in Saskatoon after several delays.
Douglas Hales is accused of killing Daleen Bosse, a 25-year-old married mother of a young child and university student, who went missing on the May 2004 long weekend.

She was last seen at Jax Nite Club.
Her remains were not found until August 2008 in a wooded area north of Saskatoon.
Hales was arrested shortly afterwards and has remained in custody since then.
He was charged with first-degree murder and offering an indignity to human remains by setting fire to her body.
The trial, which is expected to last four weeks, has been delayed several times after Hales fired a number of lawyers.
