One person dead after crash on the Albert Street Bridge

REGINA – One man is dead, following a crash between a motorcycle and an S-U-V.

It happened near the Albert Street Bridge late on Tuesday night.

According to police the S-U-V crossed over into oncoming traffic on south Albert and struck a motorcycle.

The driver of the S-U-V a 66 year old man died. It’s believed he may have suffered a medical emergency just prior to the crash.

A 42-year-old woman who was driving the motorcycle is in hospital with serious injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
