REGINA – RCMP and the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) have revealed a few more details about the fatal crash of a Cessna aircraft near Torquay, Sask on Father’s Day.
A father and son – 59-year-old Philip Wimmer and 29-year-old Bradley Wimmer, both from the Torquay area – were killed in the crash.

The aircraft took off from a private air strip near Torquay and was travelling to Lampman, Sask.
The aircraft was reported overdue shortly before it was located.
RCMP and TSB will continue their investigation to try and determine what caused the plane crash.
