CRAVEN – RCMP laid a criminal negligence charge to a Moose Jaw man after a woman was struck by an unauthorized firework at the Craven County Jamboree near Regina.
Police say the young woman was hit beneath the eye when the explosive went off Saturday night at the music festival, she is still in hospital with her injuries.

Overall, Mounties arrested 96 people at the event but say most of the campers were well-behaved.

Over 300 tickets were handed out on the roads around Craven, while police are still investigating a report of a sexual assault on Friday night.
The final attendance is expected to be around the 25-thousand mark.
