WINNIPEG – A 53-year-old man whose car was hit by a teenager police allege was texting while he drove has died of his injuries.
A charge of criminal negligence causing bodily harm against the 19-year-old driver of a pickup truck is expected to be upgraded.

The victim’s car was hit Tuesday when the truck veered into oncoming traffic to avoid construction.
