Dog treats smelling of gasoline found near off-leash dog park

TORONTO – Police warned the public Monday about dog treats found in Marie Curtis Park that may have been poisoned.

Police found the treats near the south entrance of the park off Lakeshore Boulevard West near the off-leash dog park.

The police say there was nine bone-shaped, multi-coloured dog biscuits that smelled like gasoline.

The treats, if ingested, could be fatal to a dog, police said.
