REGINA – The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced that Weston Dressler has been named a CFL Player of the Month.

Dressler was named Special Teams Player of the Month after a great September.

The 29 year-old North Dakota native had 17 punt returns for 250 yards and two touchdowns.

Dressler was named Specials Teams Player of the Week in week 13.

This is Dressler’s first time in his seven-year career that he has picked up CFL Player of the Month honours.
