The decorations, which the man claims were not intended to offend, include bio-hazard bags and containers.
The World Health Organization reported Saturday that the number of patients infected with the Ebola virus worldwide had topped 10,000. Nearly half of them have died.
The man described himself as “a happy-go-lucky guy.”
