Brent Turnbull scored the winning goal just over a minute into the first period and Garrett Clarke and Sebastien Trudeau added power-play goals for the Titan (7-8-1), who are on a four-game winning streak after losing six in a row.
Philippe Trudeau made 24 saves for Cape Breton (6-8-1).
