WATCH: A new promotion in Vancouver is raising a few eyebrows. Ted Chernecki has the details on an offer of free pot.

As with many bargains, there are some catches. Customers need to buy $30 or more of medical marijuana to receive $10 worth of cannabis free. Customers must be 19 years or older and have a prescription that is not more than about a year old.
“We try to do everything a little bit different,” says Delainey of the promotion. “Everything that we do is different. We try to be as mainstream as possible.”
