SASKATOON – Warrants have been issued for the arrest of two men accused of throwing a snake in a Saskatoon Tim Hortons. On Dec. 8, 2014, a dispute over a sandwich at the 22nd Street location led to a garter snake being thrown over the counter.

Christopher Cook, 21, was scheduled to appear in court this week for mediation, but was a no-show.
Last month, Luke Apooch, failed to appear in court.
Both men are charged with mischief.
