EDMONTON — The death of a man whose body was found inside a burned out vehicle near Stony Plain last week is being investigated as a homicide.
RCMP say the man has been identified as 25-year-old Grant Potts of the Alexis First Nation.

On Friday, Potts’ body was found inside a burned out car just north of Highway 16, between Range Roads 13 and 14 west of Stony Plain.

The RCMP is asking the public for information about Potts’ whereabouts on or before April 3. Officers are also asking people to come forward with information if they saw a red, four-door 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix in or around the Stony Plain area that day.
