Surrey RCMP are investigating another drive-by shooting.
It happened early this morning on 68th Avenue between 121 and 124th Street.
Neighbours reported hearing gunfire at around 2:30 a.m.
A witness told Global News she heard at least five shots and saw a car fleeing from the scene.
Police say it appears a vehicle was stopped at 124th and 68th when a gold-coloured car had pulled up beside the first vehicle and one of the occupants was observed firing shots towards the first vehicle. This vehicle then drove off westbound on 68th Ave., followed by the gold-coloured car. The first vehicle lost control at the intersection of 68th and 121st after striking a post.

The gold-coloured car then pulled up behind the first vehicle and again shots were observed being fired at the first vehicle from the gold-coloured car. The driver of the first vehicle then fled on foot from his disabled vehicle and the gold-coloured car drove off.
Investigators say the driver of the victim vehicle is a resident of Surrey in his twenties. He is known to police.
No one was injured.
Police have taped off three blocks along 68th Avenue as they search the ground for forensic evidence.
They are asking for the public’s assistance, and are asking anyone with information to call the Surrey R.C.M.P. at 604-599-0502 or to call Crime Stoppers.
There have been more than two dozen shootings in Surrey and Delta since early March.
Surrey RCMP believe those involved are of South Asian and Somali descent, fighting over a specific section of the drug trade in Surrey and North Delta.
