SASKATOON – An alarm tipped-off a Saskatoon homeowner to a garage break-in early Tuesday morning. Police say the homeowner heard the garage alarm going off just after 1 a.m. at the residence in the Parkridge neighbourhood.

The homeowner spotted three people near the garage and passed on the description of the suspects to police.

A canine unit tracked the trio to the 200-block of Needham Crescent.

A 14-year-old Christopher Lake boy, along with two Saskatoon teens, a 15-year-old boy and 16-year-old girl, are scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
