SASKATOON – Emergency services were called to a two vehicle crash that happened shortly after 9 p.m. Friday at an intersection on 8th Street East. Police have charged a driver for failing to yield when making a left turn.
Investigators say a vehicle was attempting to turn left on to McKercher Drive when it collided with a second vehicle travelling westbound on 8th Street.

Four women, ages 70, 39, 20 and 11, were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The 20-year-old female driver from the first vehicle was charged by police.
Traffic was restricted in the area as emergency personnel cleared the scene.
