A tentative five-year collective agreement has been reached between Air Canada and the union representing 41-hundred customer service and sales agents.

Without releasing details, Unifor president Jerry Dias says deal includes fair wages for workers, and the airline is calling it a “win-win” for both sides.

Ratification votes will be held over the next 10 days.
