Riders sign veteran DB Geoff Tisdale

REGINA – The Saskatchewan Roughriders have added a veteran defensive back to the stable with the signing of former Alouette Geoff Tisdale.

Tisdale will be entering his eight season in the CFL after spending the last two seasons in Montreal.

The 29-year-old Pittsburgh State product has played 114 games in the CFL and has collected 29 interceptions. Tisdale was an East Division All-star in 2013 and 2014.

The Roughriders also announced that defensive end and Moose Jaw product Levi Steinhauer will miss the rest of the season after tearing his ACL.
