Serious motorcycle crash west of Calgary sends one man to hospital

Witnesses and a fire crew from Rocky View County assist motorcycle crash victim on Trans-Canada Sunday afternoon.

CALGARY – A man is in serious condition after crashing his motorcycle along eastbound Highway 1 west of Calgary.

EMS were called to the scene east of Highway 22 at around 5:00 p.m. Sunday.

Witnesses rushed in to help the man who was conscious, lying in the centre median of the highway.

A man was taken to hospital in stable, non-life threatening condition.
