REGINA – Two new stores are opening in the Northgate Mall as the shopping centre once again gets some renovations.
Westdale Properties announced Thursday Regina’s flagship Fabricland store is now open in the mall, and construction has started on Regina’s second Lowe’s location.
“We are thrilled that Fabricland decided to choose Northgate Mall as the location of its flagship store in Regina” said Mitchell Cohen, Chief Operating Officer of Westdale.

“Fabricland will join and complement the other retailers at Northgate Mall and will officially open its doors today at 930am. Northgate Mall welcomes Fabricland and all of their customers.”

The Fabricland store is nearly 15,000 square feet and will be one of the largest in the country.
Lowe’s is slated to open up in 2016 and will offer over 36,000 in-stock products to help customers build, improve and beautify their homes.
The new Lowe’s store will create up to 140 additional jobs.
