TORONTO – A Toronto great-grandfather could hardly contain his excitement when an official photograph of him was taken after he collected his $24.5 million LOTTO 6/49 jackpot prize.
With his eyes and mouth wide open, it was an “Oh My God!” moment Winston Parks will not soon forget.
The Toronto father, grandfather and great-grandfather said he had a hard time believing he held the winning ticket from the Nov. 7th draw.

“I checked on my laptop and I checked on my desktop too. I also asked family members to come and see for themselves,” he said.
Parks said the winning ticket was purchased at a gas station on Bayview Avenue in Toronto and he plans on sharing the jackpot with his family.
