REGINA – Regina Transit and Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) are teaming up once again for their 28th annual Ding in the New Year.
Ding in the New Year is a free bus service that runs on New Year’s Eve from 7 p.m. until 2:15 a.m. on January 1st.

“Ding in the New Year is an important initiative, and it’s one that people have come to rely on,” said Mayor Michael Fougere.

“The potential cost of impaired driving has been demonstrated time and again in our province, and we always want to do what we can to help protect Regina families.”
Transit riders are able to call the Ride Line at 306-777-RIDE until 2:15 a.m. on New Year’s Day for transit schedules.
