Three charged after La Ronge drug bust

Three men are facing a number of charges after a drug bust in the northern town of La Ronge, Saskatchewan this past weekend. 

Mounties executed a search warrant on a residence in the community just before 2:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Inside, they found cocaine with an estimated street value of $5,000 along with a small amount of marijuana, a sawed-off shot gun, a replica handgun, a machete, stolen property and some cash. 

RCMP arrested Jamie Charles, 26, Tyson Ratt, 21, and Moses Ratt, 27, all from La Ronge. 

They are charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of stolen property and possession of property obtained by crime. 

All three of the accused are scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
