Frank turned himself into police in December and the body of 36-year-old Linnea Veinotte was found hours later in a field in the south end of Grenada.

Police say Veinotte, a mother of two young boys who’d moved to the island to be with her family, died from blunt force trauma as a result of being struck by a vehicle.
