A British law student is demanding Nestle pony up a lifetime supply of the chocolate covered wafer bars after she apparently bit into a waferless KitKat bar.
Saima Ahmad, 20, is threatening the food and beverage company with legal action if she’s not compensated for biting into a presumably solid chocolate bar, according to ITV News.
“They go about advertising the unique concept of KitKat, but I’m so disappointed by what I have purchased,” Ahmad told ITV.

The undergraduate is claiming “monetary and emotional” loss over the disappointing purchase.
According to ITV, the Londoner purchased a multipack of the candy bar last month when she bit into nothing but solid chocolate.
“Clearly, if I wanted to purchase a confectionery item that is purely chocolate, I would have purchased a bar of Galaxy,” she said. “I wouldn’t rule out taking this further if Nestle do not apologize or compensate me adequately.”
Apparently she’s not the only one to bite into a waferless KitKat.
“There are quite a few forums online where people complain of having KitKats without wafer,” she explained to ITV.
Ahmad admitted she was “trying her luck” but “if you don’t ask you don’t get.”
