CALGARY – Police have charged an Okotoks man with performing an indecent act.
Investigators say on January 25, someone reported seeing a man masturbating in a car near a school playground in Bridlewood.

Police responded and arrested a man nearby.
Investigators believe the same man may have approached a few teenage girls earlier in the month.
Mark Angelo Catapang, 24, is charged in the case.
