TORONTO – The case involving two top aides to former Ontario premier Dalton McGuinty has been put over for a month.
Ex-chief of staff David Livingston and his deputy, Laura Miller, face charges of breach of trust and mischief.

The case relates to the destruction of email records around a decision to scrap two gas plants before the 2011 provincial election.
The decision cost taxpayers $1.1 billion.
Lawyers told Ontario court today that Miller had a new lawyer who is reviewing disclosure.
The case, being handled by federal prosecutors, was put over for another date-setting on March 23.
