REGINA – The Saskatchewan Party says it has not replaced its campaign manager amid allegations from the NDP that Bill Boyd was out.
Kathy Young, a spokeswoman for the Sask. Party, says Boyd remains campaign co-chair, just as he was in the 2011 election.
Young says the NDP are showing, in her words, “their desperation.”

Former NDP campaign chair Frank Quennell posted on Facebook on Sunday that Boyd was allowed to, quote, “slink away quietly” after being involved in controversies.
Quennell, a former Saskatchewan justice minister, was turfed on the weekend as head of the NDP’s campaign.

Leader Cam Broten fired Quennell for not properly vetting candidates after four of them had to be removed for inappropriate social media comments.
