MONTREAL – Luka Rocco Magnotta will appear in a Montreal courtroom Thursday afternoon for his second court hearing after returning to Canada from Germany Monday evening.
His lawyer said Tuesday that he will likely request a psychiatric evaluation today.
Magnotta is expected to appear in court at 2:00 pm via video conference.
