WINNIPEG — Two people are in hospital after they were assaulted Sunday night in their own home.
Selkirk RCMP say they found an 88 year-old man and 85 year-old woman suffering from `serious injuries`around 8:30 pm Sunday night.

After getting the call to that home, they received a second report of a suspicious male in the area. He was later arrested.
RCMP say further information will be released as it becomes available.
