Barack Obama sprayed some friendly fire at several members of the media as well as Donald Trump and Justin Trudeau at the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner Saturday in Washington.
Once a year, the White House Correspondents’ Dinner provides U.S. presidents to take shots at the press and at fellow politicians in a friendly manner.
It was Obama’s final correspondents’ dinner Saturday, and the American president took a stab at a rising star on the world politics scene, Trudeau.

“Somebody recently said to me, ‘Mr. President, you are so yesterday,’” Obama said. “’Justin Trudeau has replaced you. He’s so handsome. He’s so charming. He’s the future.’
“And I said, ‘Justin, just give it a rest.’”
Obama and Trudeau have formed a fast friendship since the latter’s election last fall. The Canadian prime minister has already visited Washington twice, once for an introduction and again for Obama’s nuclear summit.
