A New Brunswick woman has been sentenced to time served after pleading guilty to helping a murder suspect evade police.

Thirty-two-year-old Krystal Dawn Toole was with Marissa Shephard when she was arrested in March, and pleaded guilty Monday to being an accessory after the fact of first-degree murder.

Twenty-year-old Bradley Bonnell pleaded guilty to the same charge after admitting to helping Tyler Noel evade police prior to his arrest in January.

Noel, Shephard and Devin Morningstar are all charged with first-degree murder and arson in the death of Baylee Wylie, an 18-year-old man whose body was found in a burning apartment on December 17th.
