DELHI, Ont. – A 48-year-old man has died in hospital after being struck by lightning on a Windham-area farm.
Ezequiel Cervantes-Nava, who was from Mexico, had been working in the field of a ginseng farm when he was hit by a lightning bolt on Wednesday.

A police investigation determined he was walking from the field to a vehicle when he was hit.
Provincial police say he was pronounced dead after being transferred from a Tillsonburg hospital to the University Hospital in London.
The ministry of labour is investigating the incident.
