SARNIA, Ont. — The mayor of Sarnia, Ont., is firing back following a damning report by the city’s integrity commissioner.
Robert Swayze has issued a scathing report saying Mayor Mike Bradley contravened the Council Code of Conduct and recommends Bradley’s salary be suspended for the maximum three months permitted by the Ontario Municipal Act.
