The man charged in the death of a young Calgary mother made his first court appearance on Monday.
Christopher Dunlop appeared via CCTV.
He is charged with manslaughter and indignity to a human body, in connection to the 2009 death of Laura Furlan.

The body of the 38-year-old was found in Fish Creek Park three years ago.
Dunlop’s defence lawyer Kim Ross requested the case be put over.
The accused will appear in court again on September 24th, via CCTV.
Police say he is known to them, and has been a suspect from the beginning of the investigation.
