Trevor Kloschinsky appears in Calgary court

The man accused of killing an Alberta peace officer made another court appearance in Calgary on Monday.

Trevor Kloschinsky appeared via CCTV.

Kim Ross, Kloschinsky’s defence attorney, requested the case be put over.

Kloschinsky is charged with first-degree murder in the death of peace officer Rod Lazenby.

Lazenby died after responding to a dog complaint on a ranch near Priddis, Alberta.

Kloschinsky will appear in court next on September 17th.

Ross has requested Kloschinsky appear in person.
