Police in Saskatoon were able to return a victim’s money stolen in an armed robbery on Friday.
The theft occurred near McCormack Road and Fairlight Drive just after 11 p.m. CT when a 22-year-old man was robbed of his money by two people carrying pepper spray.
No injuries were reported.

Around a half hour later, the two suspects were seen in the area and arrested by police without incident.
All of the victim’s money was recovered.
A police dog was brought in and located a can of pepper spray.

A 21-year-old man is facing charges of armed robbery, breach of a conditional sentence and breach of an undertaking. He is scheduled to be seen Sunday by a justice of the peace.
A 15-year-old boy was released with no charges laid against him.
