One man in hospital following early morning shooting in North Central

The Regina Police Service is looking for help from the public in locating a maroon-coloured Nissan that was driving 183 km/h in a construction zone. The incident occurred at around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday at Ring Road and Wascana Parkway.

The Regina Police Service (RPS) received the report at 4:54 a.m. The RPS said their preliminary investigation shows a single shot was fired.

A 33-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The RPS said they can’t provide more information at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
