Miners trapped after fire at Rocanville, Sask. potash mine

Twenty miners are currently trapped underground after fire broke out this morning at the PotashCorp Rocanville mine in Saskatchewan. 

Officials say the fire broke out just before 2 a.m. at the mine. 

Emergency response procedures were initiated and 29 miners underground at the time were accounted for and relocated to refuge stations.

The 1st mine rescue team located the fire and brought up nine personnel from the refuge station. 

The 2nd mine rescue team is currently fighting the fire which appears to be a cable reel located in the mine. 

The 20 personnel still underground remain in refuge stations.
