About 10 people have been injured after the collapse of a ramp on a river boat in Quebec.
The incident occurred in Sainte-Rose-du-Nord, about 250 kilometres north of Quebec City, as passengers were boarding the vessel for a cruise in a nearby fiord.

Provincial police spokesperson Jean Tremblay said the combined weight of the passengers caused the accident.

Those involved fell six metres, with some suffering fractures.
None of the injuries are considered life-threatening.
