 Police have ruled out foul play as the cause of death following the discovery of a man’s body in Polson Park last week.

The body of Terrance Fergus, 47, was found near the park’s fountain.

On Tuesday, Vernon RCMP confirmed Fergus was not the victim of foul play.

However, they do not reveal the cause of death.

The file has been turned over to the BC Coroners Service.
