A Moose Jaw man is facing murder charges in connection with an April 2015 Regina homicide case.

Twenty-six year-old Frederick James Norman Brass has been charged with second degree murder in connection with the death of 55-year-old Timothy Rae Evenson.

On April 22, 2015 police were called to an ally of the 600 block of Retallack Street where they found the body of Evenson.

Investigation into the case indicated that Brass and Evenson were involved in an altercation that led to the death of Evenson.

Brass was arrested on September 10 and he has been charged with second-degree murder. Brass made his first court appearance on Monday morning.
