Notorious Montreal slum landlord faces almost 100 city bylaw violations

MONTREAL – One of Montreal’s most notorious landlords was in court on Monday.

Claudio Di Giambattista is accused of neglecting his apartment buildings and allowing his tenants to live in squalid conditions.

Despite the pile of accusations against him, the landlord maintains he’s done nothing wrong.
