Autism Montreal considers legal action

“This is unacceptable that we are not providing this kind of treatment,” lawyer Jean-Pierre Ménard said. “It is a clear infringement of the patient’s rights.”

Five-year-old Charlotte Kuhn has severe autism and is in desperate need of specialized services, but was recently taken off the waiting list. Autism Montreal is now calling for a class action lawsuit against the government, and one lawyer is already examining that possibility.
