Police said when officers arrived at the scene, the stolen vehicle was driven into an airport parkade, which caused property damage.
A suspect then abandoned the vehicle, stole a YYC transport truck and continued to drive around the airport.
Police said a suspect jumped inside a third vehicle and crashed into a police car, injuring an officer.
Todd Jordan Hipkin, 35, is facing various theft-related charges, along with criminal hit-and-run and dangerous driving. He has seven outstanding warrants.
