Charges are pending after a man was stabbed several times near the Calgary Drop-In and Rehab Centre Society on Monday morning.
Officers were called to the facility, located on Dermot Baldwin Way S.E., at around 11:10 a.m.

The victim, who police say was stabbed in the upper back, was taken to hospital in serious but stable condition.
A short time later, a man was arrested across the river in Bridgeland.
Police said the suspect was treated for pepper spray, however said they don’t know who pepper sprayed him, as it was not them.
Officers are now investigating whether the stabbing was targeted or random.
