One person is dead after a motorcycle hit a home in southeast London Monday night.
Police were called to the area of Elgin Street and Calvin Street at around 7:15 p.m. Investigators say a motorcycle struck a residence, and the adult male driver was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The man was later pronounced dead in hospital. His identity won’t be released until his family has been notified.
While no one else was hurt in the crash, Const. Michelle Romano said it’s not known whether anyone was inside the home at the time of the crash.

“At this time in the investigation, it’s still ongoing and I’m not privy to that information,” she said.
