A London man is dead following a boating accident near Chatham-Kent.
Emergency crews responded to a call at Erieau Marina around 10 p.m. on August 14.
Police say a man had fallen off a docked boat into the water.

They said the man likely hit his head on the side of the boat. He did not resurface.
Chatham-Kent Fire divers went into the water and located the man.

A 57-year-old London man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation was turned over to the Office of the Coroner.
Police say they will not be releasing the name of the deceased.
