Saanich Police are searching for a suspect after a disturbing episode of voyeurism in a popular park.
A woman went to use an outhouse-style washroom in Elk/Beaver Lake Regional Park on Tuesday morning when she noticed a light coming from inside the toilet.

She said she saw a GoPro-style camera attached to what appeared to be a selfie stick coming from the washroom stall next to hers.
She screamed and saw a man running from the other stall.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian man in his late 20s to early 30s, 5’10” tall with an athletic build and short dark brown hair. He appeared to be clean-cut, but may have a beard. He was wearing a green T-shirt, darker-coloured shorts and running shoes.
