Halton Regional Police say an elderly woman who suffers from dementia has been found after going missing from a seniors residence in Burlington.
Police said the 78-year-old woman was found in a wooded area near Highways 6 and 403 at around 6:45 p.m., more than four hours after she left her home.

Officers said train workers reported to police that they saw a person near the tracks in the area.
Police said she was conscious and treated for hypothermia by paramedics before she was taken to hospital.
