RCMP say phones are ringing following double murder in West Kelowna

RCMP are not showing their hand as the investigation into the murders of two Central Okanagan residents continues.
It was late Monday night when Tiffany Goruk and her boyfriend, Jeremy Snow, were killed at the Terravita condo complex in West Kelowna. Their bodies were found inside a black SUV that had crashed into one of the condo buildings.
A man was seen running from the vehicle after the killings. Police have since set up a tips line, hoping to catch the killer. RCMP are not saying how many tips have come in because it may discourage other tipsters from calling.
“Putting a number on tips themselves at times can be detrimental to people wanting to provide information or feeling at risk of providing information,” says Corporal Dan Moskaluk. “So we at times are hesitant in exactly quantifying what we’re receiving. What I can state though is that they are encouraged that the line is ringing.”
Goruk did not have a criminal past but Snow did. He was a convicted drug smuggler.
